DISCOVER EXPRESSIVE ARTS
Beginning Tuesday, June 30, LAVO will offer “Discover Expressive Arts”, an online weekly expressive arts group.
Together we will explore using visual art, movement, music, and writing to encourage growth and healing.
The group is free and open to all victims and survivors of crime. No artistic ability or experience is required.
All you need is a private space to create, an internet connection, a computer or tablet, and some simple art supplies such as pencils, markers, crayons and some blank paper for writing and making images.
This group is facilitated by Julie Collura, LAVO’s Social Services Director, who is a licensed social worker with a background in the creative arts.
“Discover Expressive Arts” meets online via Zoom teleconferencing.
